Very impressed from the get go at the courtesy and professionalism of both Dr. Balch and his staff. The day of surgery as I laid in the pre-op area, I was impressed by the fact that Dr. Balch came by to see how I was doing. I also thought it was a nice touch that each member of his team stopped by to say hello, let me know what their role was in the procedure and answer any questions I had - his anesthesiologist, the surgical tech, Martin and his nurse Keith. They took very good care of me

Dr Balch proved to be 100% everything I was looking for in an Orthopedic Dr. Very knowledgeable , made sure I knew what to expect before , during and after surgery. He answered any and all questions I had, he was NEVER in a hurry to rush me along, he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the surgery. He even has a platform, so I could get in touch with him or a part of the team with any questions or concerns after surgery, even on weekends, someone would respond to my questions. Dr. Balch has been upfront with me from day 1. I can always expect a reply from him or one of his staff if I have a question.
Every visit is pleasant. I’m always treated with respect and caring attitude.
I was very pleased with the way everything went! I was well supported by everyone!
Dr. Balch was very helpful and answer all questions that I had before and after the surgery. The surgery even though it was a little more complicated than other knee surgeries, he did an excellent job.
