Breakfast served cold. Coffee refill, tardy. In their defense the Mgr. made it right. Training is clearly in needed.

I have eaten at the Katz's on Westheimer many times. I've enjoyed the food there. My parents wanted to try the Katz's in the Woodlands, so we gave it a try. To sum it up, it was simply a horrible decision. My parents had the French Onion soup, and it came out at room temperature and was horrible. I had creamed spinach which came out actually cold.
