Extremely overpriced for a small amount of food. Drinks and side items each sold separately. Had to wait about 15 mins for a booth as the empty tables were not being used due to only having two waiters. Appreciate those that came to work today and service the people wanting to eat but the prices are just too high for the quality and amount of food you get. Please allow a removal of an item. It's very clear that you slather cheaper produce to cover up the fact that the main entree is lacking. We ordered a lox and bagel plate. Bagels were horrible, and we got an extremely small amount of lox.

Like the food been here more than a couple times hate that have to wait for a table when you can see they are more than 5 tables empty 10 to 15 minutes waiting when you can be seen the menu

Stopped in here last weekend driving from Katy back to Plano. Worst mistake of my life. Got violently ill from food poisoning about 2 hours later up interstate 45. My wife called the next day. They wouldn't even comp the spoiled meal. STAY AWAY from this place!

Have not been to Katz's in years decided to go for lunch, big mistake. Service was poor, VERY SLOW . Would NOT recommend if you only have an hour to eat. We happened to have a little over an hour the day we went and ran over which never happens to us. They were slow getting to the table to take our order and slow getting back to us to check us out.. Since i hadn't been in years I didn't realize there are no salad options on the menu.. uugghhh Will not be going back..

Overpriced, service is garbage, and the food tastes like garbage. This place has gone downhill and is garbage Btw who charges a Sand-which and the bread separately...... garbage. Could've fed 5 people with what we had to pay for two crap sandwiches. Friend pickles are 12$ for 1 pickle they cut up and fried. GARBAGE.............. Garbage -10/10 The server was nice tho

A host with a flower shirt on was being extremely disrespectful to me. She told me there was a 10 to 15 minute wait and I said okay can I sit outside there's no one out there and she told me no you can wait outside. I said okay I'm not waiting outside and she smirked and laughed and said your not sitting at that table and shook her finger at me. And started laughing as I walked out. Meh...ridiculously expensive and mediocre service but at least the Monte Cristo Sandwich was awful! It was 2 pieces of barely warm French toast with some meat and a fried egg between - all for nearly $15 bucks! No sides - just a small sandwich. A real Monte Cristo is battered and deep friend with powdered sugar on top. This didn't even come close! The iced tea was very weak too. Last time there.

We used to love eating here. The portions were known to be large and the quality of food always good. Such a disappointment today when my $12 sandwich was so small it could be eaten in 3 bites. When we asked if this was really what one gets for $12 we were told we only get 3oz of meat on our sandwich and it's a measured portion. I am pretty sure the entire sandwich, bread and all was included in the 3oz. Such a shame we left hungry. Won't be returning.
