Ordered corned beef sandwiches , large size at $21.00 each. So dry I couldn't eat it. No taste either. For a deli it was so so disappointing. Told the Manager and they gave us a piece of cheesecake to compensate. Since there were two of us there they could have at least given us two pieces. Won't be going there again!!

went to Katz and the food was great a bit pricey but that's NYC. My complaint is that when I was checking out I grabbed some bags of pickles that were by the check out to take home with me and some young guy behind the counter said to me condescendingly, you know you have to pay for that. Yes I understand that, but why did this person even need to say that. I paid 20 for a sandwich, you don't think I can afford the pickle. Totally disrespectful and uncalled for. I won't bring race in to this but hummmm. I didn't try to slid... read more

NO CHOPPED LIVER! (Not a Kosher Deli without chopped liver on the menu... sorry, but chopped liver is a minimum prerequisite for a Kosher Deli)

My daughter & 2 friends ate there tonight. Terrible service (one of them works elsewhere as a server) and no willingness to make things right (called & the server and GM lied...said they gave them free stuff, but their receipts show otherwise). This place has been declining for awhile, and this just sealed the deal that we won't be back. Too many other options around to settle for mediocre food and awful service. This is how businesses go under.

In The Woodlands for a funeral. Ordered curbside, so I wouldn't have to mess with going Inside. They didn't even bother coming to the car... My "turkey, ham, swiss had NO turkey, and NO swiss! Bagel was BLACK from being burnt to a crisp... My french toast was ordered with powdered sugar, and syrup on the side. I received a soaking wet piece of burnt bread, with wet strawberries all over it!! The manager did NOT care at all, and made excuse after excuse- including that he is short staffed and only has two employees working... read more

Good but way too expensive for what you get. Let's face it, it's a sandwich shop with $13-20 sandwiches.. and NO that does NOT include any extras. No chips, no fríes, no sides, no drink... that is JUST the sandwich. And NO, the sandwich isn't some massive sandwich that you can split with someone else. It's a regular sliced bread size sandwich. And if you do add a $4.29 sweet tea, just know that does NOT include refills! Basically it's a mediocre insanely priced sandwich shop that's really nothing to write home about. Sav... read more

I got the spinach frittata.... It was absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even eat it after one bite. I wouldn't recommend that entree. I might try another entree another time.

Talk about overpriced food omg. My wife and I went in on a Friday night and they were only seating less than half the restaurant. MOD said they were short staffed. She never smiled once the whole time I saw her. My wife and I ordered a regular sandwich each with one small bowl of fries. We each ordered an ice tea and our bill with a small tip was $46.00. The sandwiches were tiny, even the pickles have been downsized. Nothing like the pickles in the barrel they use to have. I feel sorry for our waiter. After people place the... read more
