Good quality deli meats for sure, but overpriced. Friendly staff and nice, super clean, old school diner feel.
I'm not sure what's going on with some of the recent negative reviews, but they're not accurate. My family of three ate a large meal at Katz's that included a Reuben for me, shared blintzes, eggs, pancakes, and a cinnamon roll for my kids, drinks all around, plus two black & white cookies to go, all for $55 including the tip (20%) which I selected. The menu is large, the food is delicious, the service is good, and the prices are totally in line with what you would expect to pay for a restaurant meal.
The ambiance was very calm and nice to visit after a day out. We stopped in after midnight. We ordered some of their speciality menu items since it was our first time. The service was top notch, and even the manager came and stopped by our table to ensure we were ok and everything went ok with our food. The food was ok, nothing major. We enjoyed our time, we would not return, but it was overall a good experience.
Great food and awesome service from Liz . She is a great ambassador for the brand with her menu knowledge and outstanding hospitality. Turned a quick Saturday lunch into an awesome experience for first time visitors ! Caleb checked on us to ensure we were well taken care of!
It was just ok !! Thought it would be better for the Price we paid for our three meals and one appetizer and three drinks was a little more than I expected to pay for the quality of food that we received
Good sandwich! One of the best classic sandwiches in town! Little salty but definitely hit the spot!
Was in the area and sort of hungry but not hangry so thought a sandwich would be perfect. Lots of parking as this is in a larger mall area. The #1 is their classic roast beef with Russian dressing so had to try that. What makes no sense to me is the sandwich was 14 bucks on the menu but I was charged an extra 4 bucks for some unknown reason. So this sandwich was 18 bucks.... For that kind of money it should be an emotional (moist) experience eating that sandwich. It was ok to be fair... not $18 worth but ok.
Abby and serían a Good job. After a Poolsday during puro labor day we wanted some snack and it a perfect. Milkshake and cartots cake ready to go bed Something to improve the size of the shake o wantt a bigger
The food here is pretty good! However the business model needs to be a counter service similar to pot belly. Not sure why but if I'm eating a sandwich and chips I'd rather order it at a counter and seat myself. Obviously they are changing their business model but I'd recommend it if you are wanting a tasty sandwich (get it to go)
