Clay didn't update us on when to lock until the very end. I expected him to keep an eye on the market and call us with lock options. Also, we seemed to have a personality conflict but he seemed to only want to deal with my husband and not me. He apologized and sent a gift card, but overall, I cant say it was a good experience.
