Outstanding service as usual, the service Tech (Ricardo) was exceptional. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I am so glad that I picked Keith Zars pools to build my pool and I have continued to use their warranty service that they provide for maintenance, which is a plus that to my knowledge no other company provides. The pool tech Erin was so very kind he listen to my issues we went over all my concerns. He went above & beyond to explain why I was having the issues with my pool. I do all my own maintaince & he not only answered my questions but even should me how to fix the problem myself. I just wish I wouldn't have to wait 2 weeks or more for service at my home & I wish there was a direct line to speak directly to a tech on trouble shooting instead of waiting days for a call back. Over all we need more Erin's working at Keith Zars :) ... read more
