Andrew (Tech) came early in the morning, we really appreciated him coming early in the morning. Once he primed our pool, he shut it off again and left it off for 5 min turned it on again to make sure the pool stayed primed. Andrew also worked and replaced a part on our Polaris. Andrew was very attentive….this is why I am willing to continue paying for the exceptional service Andrew has provided. +1 (210) 557-2790 Andrew (Tech)

Our pump still stop working. Not sure why your company charged $469 without my permission. We are very disappointed

Your technician (Andrew) was superb. But your scheduling department was terrible. I first called requesting service on Apr 8, my weekly maintenance person (Sarah, again very good), subsequently requested further service requests. The service was done on May 8, six weeks after first requested.

Very nice people until I dealt with Rob Very rude and condescending But he doesn’t have to be a decent person since the pool is built and I can’t walk away

I have a maintenance contract, they come out 3 times a year, 3 visits ago I ask to have the filters replaced, I was told they would be replaced on the next service. I was not here when the next service came around, and they were not replaced, they are so bad now the pool is just circulating all the dirt and de, I complained and it still takes over a week to get them replaced

Zars can't seem to figure out how to hire someone who will clean my spa when its dirty. They leave it dirty every time. I have to complain to the supervisor (repeatedly) and send pictures of how my spa was left after the cleaning person left and someone has to come out and clean it, then it's the same problem the next time. Nothing seems to change.

After a change of pool cleaner personnel, the pool is a bit cleaner. We still have not been able to get any response from Keith Zars Pools concerning our punch list after the pool was started up. It's been over 5 months and we've contacted Zars 4 times with no response. We would like someone to contact us to get the punch list items in proper working order. Please contact us. Thank you.
