I was out of town when pool service was performed. Gate was left unlocked despite specific text instructions to technician. Filter backwash hose discharge erosion was left as-is. Also, no email report regarding test results, etc was provided.

The Polaris is worse than before. It cannot find its way out of a corner or from the steps at the end of the pool. When I get it running, it moves on its 'side or with the front wheels not in contact with the pool, resulting in no vacuum. Please send someone who knows how to fix it or send me a new one. This is the 3rd trouble call this season for the Polaris & it is yet to be fixed to our satisfaction. With the recent significant increase in annual fee I'm not satisfied that we're getting our money's worth.

Andrew (Tech) came early in the morning, we really appreciated him coming early in the morning. Once he primed our pool, he shut it off again and left it off for 5 min turned it on again to make sure the pool stayed primed. Andrew also worked and replaced a part on our Polaris.
