The pool tech Erin was so very kind he listen to my issues we went over all my concerns. He went above & beyond to explain why I was having the issues with my pool. I do all my own maintaince & he not only answered my questions but even should me how to fix the problem myself. I just wish I wouldn't have to wait 2 weeks or more for service at my home & I wish there was a direct line to speak directly to a tech on trouble shooting instead of waiting days for a call back. Over all we need more Erin's working at Keith Zars :) ... read more

schedule for lssp inspection, guy called me and said he was going to call me before he got here, so that i can unlock to gate and disarm the alarm…he never called. I have cameras all over my house, including the backyard, sides and have no images or recording that he ever showed up. I called them today, and was told the he came yesterday and they would speak with the manager and they would call me back today, but they never did. Inspection was never done.
