Zars can't seem to figure out how to hire someone who will clean my spa when its dirty. They leave it dirty every time. I have to complain to the supervisor (repeatedly) and send pictures of how my spa was left after the cleaning person left and someone has to come out and clean it, then it's the same problem the next time. Nothing seems to change.

After a change of pool cleaner personnel, the pool is a bit cleaner. We still have not been able to get any response from Keith Zars Pools concerning our punch list after the pool was started up. It's been over 5 months and we've contacted Zars 4 times with no response. We would like someone to contact us to get the punch list items in proper working order. Please contact us. Thank you.

Your weekly pool cleaning service has gone way downhill. Seriously bad most of the time. often cleaner is here 5 minutes or less.

Horrible communication every step of the way anytime they’re needed. Weekly maintenance company that we loved and used, sadly was bought out by Zars. Confusing weekly email reports of what’s been done. Random and unannounced inspections are done with no heads up or follow up, just another confusing email invoice summary. After the most recent inspection was done, I received a call by a 3rd party AC company saying I had a refrigerant leak on my pool equipment. Kieth service charges $160/h. However the hour start when the technician leave their store. If you are 25 min away, by the time the technician arrived to your property and show him where is the pool you've been charged one hour. Its extreme ripoff and they need to communicate this clearly. Never again. if there is zero star option I would give.
