Directions for notifications not followed, came out a week after initial contact, also, Polaris tail fixed but worn out sponge that was on tail not replaced, why not, was the tech out of the scrubber or in a hurry?

On Friday I noticed a significant amount water coming from the pool equipment. I called the service department to get on the list. I was told it would 1 to 5 days. To my surprise, I got a call from Jacob to see if he could come by on Saturday. I was shocked how fast Zars responded. Jacob in the past has been our tech. I was out of town when pool service was performed. Gate was left unlocked despite specific text instructions to technician. Filter backwash hose discharge erosion was left as-is. Also, no email report regarding test results, etc was provided.

The Polaris is worse than before. It cannot find its way out of a corner or from the steps at the end of the pool. When I get it running, it moves on its 'side or with the front wheels not in contact with the pool, resulting in no vacuum. Please send someone who knows how to fix it or send me a new one. This is the 3rd trouble call this season for the Polaris & it is yet to be fixed to our satisfaction. With the recent significant increase in annual fee I'm not satisfied that we're getting our money's worth.
