This place used to be a favorite. The food is overpriced, but at least it usually came together. The service is terrible. Showed up to a dirty table, asked for it to be wiped down. Then a server showed up asking for our order. Mind you, we were STILL waiting for a clean table. After ordering, we got some silverware and cream cheese dropped off. Was told 25 minutes for a table which is understandable for a weekend morning. Got seated about an hour after that despite being assured that there were several tables "being bussed " so we can be seated. Took another 10 minutes to get the wrong drinks so ended up just leaving. Seems like a nice place but the hostesses are clueless. Why have 4 of them stand and wait when there are tables waiting to be cleaned so they are available?

All I can say is "ehh". I will say the pancakes and French toast were good. The sweet tea, nasty. Cheap eggs. Cheap bacon. Little disappointed considering it's a breakfast place. Make sure your table is actually cleaned and sanitized!!!!!!! The lady hostess (the one who drags her feet when she walks) tried to sit us at a dirty table. When she realized it was dirty she put about a quarter of a squirt of cleaner on the table and quickly wiped it off and told us to sit..... there was still junk stuck on the table. Had a late breakfast today, we had a 10 min wait there were about 6 groups ahead of us. Our server was good (didn't get his name) BUT the food took for ever and it was inconsistent. My husband and I shared a Benedict with "extra crispy" hash browns. Half the plate was cold? His egg was perfectly cooked and hot and mine was over cooked and cold. The coffee tasted burnt? Took 15 min to get the bill?

I placed an order for DoorDash (order was placed for myself to pick up). I arrived at the restaurant at the time it stated on my door dash app. I was told that they were having a problem with their door dash system and that they were not getting the orders. I was told that the Many of the locals were aware of the issue with DoorDash and new to come straight to the restaurant. This is the worst place ever! As a former employee I can say that they do not run a so called "tight"business, they said I couldn't get seated because the kitchen was too backed up? This is something I've never heard happening anywhere else before, they're we're plenty of social distanced tables that were open but they refused to take anyone, people were coming in every 5 mins saying "I think you forgot about me" made me wait an hour just so I can cancel my order and leave, horrible

Horrible experience on Dale Mabry location. Waited over an hour just for food to go and it was not ready. !!! manager Mike was not very friendly. Many people there were complaining that nobody was getting their food. I think they need to do some hiring.

Keke, why don't you love me? I've eaten here before and loved the food. I got Eggs Benedict to go, and they gave me a hard boiled egg?? If they meant to put a hard boiled egg on an English muffin with ham, it was great in that regard. I'm still gonna eat it, just a little confused. Definitely unlike any hard boiled egg I've ever had. I can't help but to feel poached. The potatoes were perfecto. My girlfriend thinks they were slightly under seasoned, but what does she know.

First time going and will not be going back. Found a piece of hair in my omelette... manager apologized and said oh that's not okay, I'm sorry. Had to wait for them to remake while others were eating and they still charged me.
