SOUTH TAMPA LOCATION: Used to really enjoy this restaurant but ... food today was lukewarm, no extra napkins, no jelly for english muffin, no coffee refills after being asked if we wanted one, but honestly the most disappointing was that almost the entire wait staff, including hostess, had their masks BELOW THEIR NOSES, Probably 10% were wearing their masks properly. We have been long time customers, but never again. The great staff and cooks are gone and it's shows!!! Staff isn't friendly and they couldn't get our order right even after several attempts. The food was subpar. They gave us a cracked and chipped plate that was dirty on top of it. If I could give them a zero I would!!! Their quality has drastically diminished over the last month. The owners should be ashamed...

Slow , slow. Be prepared to wait. It took a good 5-6 just to be acknowledged at my table, then 20 plus minutes for the food...been like this for the last 2-3 visits. Food quality is fine, service sadly lacking..go elsewhere.

KeKes is one of my favorite restaurants I like to take my out of town guest, this visit was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! The hostess was pleasant, set us immediately, however the waitress left us waiting and never acknowledged us, we had to get the hostess just so we could order drinks and she happily took our order. Our assigned waitress walked pass us about 5 times gathering items for her other tables, just a courtesy acknowledgment would have sufficed. If I could give them no stars I would. I went to the one on Dale Mabry in South Tampa and the place was only half full. There were many open tables and I was told the wait was 20 minutes to be seated. Don't waste your time. It used to be my favorite place for breakfast, now I'm a lost customer forever.

Service today was terrible. Food came out a little cold. Fajita omelette was missing salsa, had to wait 10 minutes for the salsa after asking 2 different people (the person who dropped the food off and my server) making my eggs cold by the time I was able to eat it. Same issue with our French toast, served with no syrup, waited 10 minutes for that too. We were not asked once if our food was ok - almost completely ignored by our server. I really don't understand why the employees here are always so rude, I work handling delivery's and coming here is always horrible, excessive waiting times and they treat you badly, and my question is ... why? I'm not your employee and if I was, you shouldn't treat me like that. They only tell you wait 10 minutes, and then 10 more, if you don't want to wait, cancel the order. they really need a customer service course

This was my first time here and it was disappointing as far as the restaurant/workers here go. The food was good but nothing special. What really disappointed me was to see the staff and cooks not wearing their masks correctly, if they were wearing them at all. They don't stagger seating either so there is no social distancing. Do not recommend this place if you have Covid concerns. Waited about 30 mins for food.

The service sucks. We come here religiously and today they did not attend us. We waited and waited and they took forever to bring out juice. This is not okay.
