Terrible food and very slow service. I've been to other Keke's locations and although the food wasn't great at any of the other places, it was at least edible. We each ordered breakfast type dishes, I ordered egg whites which were served with toast, both were drenched in oil and butter. So much for a 'healthy' breakfast. So the first few visits we delicious. My daughter loves the blueberry stuffed French toast. It was a holiday so we called it in , waited 30 min.paid $17.00 drove it 20 min home . Imagine her disappointment when she opened the box to find 2 plain pieces of toast.
KEKE Don't love Nobody!!! Took me less than 5 minutes after getting home to give this review. Apparently they don't know what KETCHUP is because I asked several times and still got hot sauce! To make things worse the guy was training a new girl just to be as incompetent as him. KETCHUP dude! It ain't that hard! Tell me why the managers here treat their employees like garbage?! I witness an awful conversation and the manager was so unprofessional and with the things said deserves to be fired. His tone was unacceptable. His need to address an issue in front of myself and other customers is rude. The poor employee was taking it like a champ but the entire restaurant was appalled. Not good is right!! Who rushes to cook a damn pancake and serve you batter!! Customer services sucks... got mad because I said none of the food was DONE!! It's not worth he hype.... Cook at home

Keke, do you love me? No, the answer is no. Terrible service and felt like the forgotten stepchild no one wants. Our waiter was very attentive to the tables around us but not with us. Tables around around us got their food much faster than we did and were checked on multiple times while I had to flag him multiple times. Food was okay but not worth the wait. One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had....our Togo food was over an hour late....People who were sat in the dining room while I was waiting on my Togo order that I placed over 45 minutes prior to showing up received their food before I got my to go... The food was missing one of the main entrées and also the burger which only had three toppings ordered on it only had one... Oh where has Keke's gone? We have been coming to Keke's since they opened in Riverview 3 years ago. After moving to Tampa we switched to the South Tampa location. Since the pandemic it has spiraled downward and shows no sign of improving. Service, food and attentiveness have deteriorated. Waiting 45 minutes for mediocre food is no longer worth it.
