Horrible experience on Dale Mabry location. Waited over an hour just for food to go and it was not ready. !!! manager Mike was not very friendly. Many people there were complaining that nobody was getting their food. I think they need to do some hiring.

Keke, why don't you love me? I've eaten here before and loved the food. I got Eggs Benedict to go, and they gave me a hard boiled egg?? If they meant to put a hard boiled egg on an English muffin with ham, it was great in that regard. I'm still gonna eat it, just a little confused. Definitely unlike any hard boiled egg I've ever had. I can't help but to feel poached. The potatoes were perfecto. My girlfriend thinks they were slightly under seasoned, but what does she know.

First time going and will not be going back. Found a piece of hair in my omelette... manager apologized and said oh that's not okay, I'm sorry. Had to wait for them to remake while others were eating and they still charged me.

I had a much better experience at the carrolwood location, which is unfortunate because this one is much closer for me. I got the build your own combo with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a waffle. The potatoes were undercooked and the waffle was so dry that I just didn't enjoy it. My boyfriend also said his waffle was extremely dry and he enjoyed his meal much more in carrolwood. They just don't get it right "for me at least" - third time there - and it will be my last. I have friends that love it and eat there once a week. So I want to like them...I really do. I'm not going to go into all the rants about the quality of food -I'll just say - I'm just not into you KeKe's. There are so many better places for breakfast.

I've enjoyed Keke's here in Tampa and in Orlando since moving to Florida. Today's experience was my worse. There was no wait, but the service was mediocre and I my meal was spoiled when another nearby patron brought a big, smelly dog inside of the restaurant. I could smell it strongly at my table. I eventually moved my seat, but the staff, for the most part, wasn't too concerned. One staff member expressed concern, but not enough to approach the other patrons. On the same level as iHop but more expensive. There were no vegan options even though it says there are. Wouldn't recommend

I have been to a couple of Keke's in other cities, however, was exceedingly disappointed with my experience today. After an hour of waiting we were told our order was misplaced and it would be out shortly. I understand these things happen, yet the employees and manager made no attempts to make our experience better. The staff will need some additional training before Keke's can get to perfection. Atmosphere: As soon as I walked in my first thought was "This is a CLASSY place for a breakfast joint." Food: I had the piña-colada stuffed French toast, and a small Philly cheesesteak omelette. Both were excellent, but I thought it was pricey considering the portion size.
