Had breakfast at Keke's on Alafaya at Waterford this morning with my nephew. Most everything was good except for the potatoes they were the worst potatoes I ever encountered some we're Hard some were soft some burnt they were just all around gross I do not recommend ordering any of the potatoes and the waitress just didn't really care
We picked up food to go. My wife ordered a FL waffle with whipped cream and all we got was a plain waffle. I ordered eggs Benedict meal and everything was cold. We called to let them know and they didn't offer to refund they just said "ok". We usually enjoy this location too :/
The worst service! Gave them 3 chances and they blew ALL OF THEM ! Terrible Lazy wait staff! Service is mediocre and none of the staff wants to take the responsibility of stepping up and having good customer ! Just a horrible experience for such a well known establishment!

I wouldn't even give this place a one star. It was the worst food ever. Came in around 1:45 sat down and ordered quickly to make sure we weren't being rude with them only closing in 45 minutes. Server sucked. My food came out and my chicken was so hard I couldn't even eat it, my fruit cup was soggy, my boyfriends food looked like it had been sitting in the warmer for 4 hours. As a carry out customer I received very poor service, waited 45 min for my order. Food is fair.
This was my worst breakfast experience ever. If your order will consist of a simple request that deviates from a menu then Keke's is not the restaurant for you. When asking for something as simple as taking an English muffin putting butter on it then grilling I was met with resistance and pathetic excuses. This restaurant makes grilled cheese and pancakes but according to them placing a an English muffin on that same grill was too much for them. Our server was fantastic, the food and management not so much. My SO ordered the eggs portabella and the eggs were overcooked and under seasoned. He didn't even eat his meal and ended up finishing mine instead. I found the manager while going to the bathroom and told him of the issue but that the service was great. He came back to our table about five minutes later to tell me that the cook had set the timer incorrectly for poached eggs and that it had been resolved, thanked us and said he was glad we had enjoyed everything. ... read more
We were visiting the Orlando area last week and we stopped at Keke's for breakfast. I ordered two basted eggs. Much to my surprise the waitress had no idea what basted means. I explained it to her and she just stared at me confused. I told her not to worry, I'm sure the cooks will know. She insisted they wouldn't and I was forced to change my order to sunny side up. She never bothered to ask anyone in the kitchen if they could prepare basted eggs. Bad experience overall.
