Why is your expediter walking around with his mask down. Mind you all other servers and cooks have their masks on. Additionally, you guessed it, his mask is down and he is talking while all the food is being sent to him to expedite. If I had seen this before I ate my food, I would have left. I hope the franchise owner sees this and addresses it. Updates - I guess the owners don't care. Too bad.

I order KEKEs to go and asked for waffles to be extra crispy but I still got the normal waffles with barley any chocolate chips on it and very chewy. Honestly if your looking for a good breakfast place that you can't make at home you should go somewhere else.

During this Corona Virus Pandemic, it is CRITICAL that everything is cleaned properly and sanitized. My dad ordered coffee and we didn't notice this until we were almost done eating, but on the rim of his cup was old sugar that was never washed off. I even tried to wash it off with a napkin, but the sugar was so old and stuck to the point where I would have had to scrape it off his cup. How disgusting is this. Let me start by saying we LOVE going to this location and have never once had an issue before. This last visit was different as the manager was extremely demeaning and basically accused us of rushing our order and overreacting, when we had been waiting for 45 minutes. He dismissed us and basically said "Ok your order was just placed 12 minutes ago why are you upset" when we had been waiting 45 minutes and watched people we were seated after us finish their food and leave. The greeter was rude to start and the service was awful. The kitchen was so slow and when the breakfast arrived it was undercooked and cold. There was no management to check up on us and no coffee refills. It's was an off day but lately it's been like this a lot. Will not recommend!!!!

Not happy with this location to be honest. We were told the wait was about 30 mins and given a vibrating coaster. Because there were so many people sitting inside waiting we sat outside in the cold weather only about 5Ft away from the host (who could see us through the glass). Over 30 mins passed and then I see another couple that had just arrived be seated with no reservation. When I approached the host she stated she already rang our coaster but we didn't come in. Giving it 2 stars Because of the friendly staff but when it comes to the food it's alright not bad. The person running the food needs to be more clean and put gloves on when touching the food YES she gets the food with no gloves on and not only that she wipes her hands on her jeans and she's also eating at the same time. I also noticed that the waiters touch the food after getting their tips off the table NASTY and so unsanitary so if you smell money on your food now you know why.

Stopped in for an early lunch a little after 11am on a Thursday morning with my 4 year old daughter. We had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated and I ordered the minute we sat down. After about 25 minutes (we still didn't have our food or a coffee refill) she had to use the bathroom and when we came back our table was cleared.
