Service is the worst. After we were seated waited 45 minutes and no food to be found. Server said I might have to wait another 10 minutes so I decided to leave at that point. How long does it it take to make a BLT. REALLY !!

Went for breakfast at Kekes in waterford Lakes at 10:30 this morn. for breakfast. We were told there was a 10 minute wait and at 10 min. they called us. We were seated and ordered, but it was another 50 minutes before we got out food. I asked our server several times to check on it, because we saw several tables that came after us eating. I stopped coming here about 2 years ago due to quality and service issues. My kids begged to come here today and I was quickly reminded why I stopped coming. Severely over cooked poached eggs when I asked for them runny upfront, under cooked pumpkin pancakes and over an hour to get my full meal done. The pancakes where literally gooey in the middle. The main host blonde chubby girl was a bit bothered we came in at 1:55pm. The last order needs to be in by 2:30 pm. She was talking to our waiter in front of our face complaining about us getting here late. She mentioned that she should of just told us it was closed. If you don't like your job then please go find another one where you don't need to show how annoyed you are about serving people. When someone goes to pay 60.00 for breakfast we expect a good experience

Unfortunately I am writing a bad review. When we arrived they told us it was a 20-30 minutes wait, which my brother told me was typical and not that bad. We sat down in the waiting area to talk and I feel like we got sat down sooner. The bad experience happened after. We ordered our food right away, however it took very long to arrive to our table. 4 tables that were sat significantly after us received their food way before us. Service was slow and the restaurant serves at full capacity. If COVID is an issue for you, don't go here. Social distancing doesn't exist. The wrap was good and there was no problem switching the romaine for spinach. The server offered me fries or chips with my meal but didn't mention an up-charge for fries so I was upset and surprised when the bill came. I've been here a couple times already and it's way overrated. For the prices, service should be better and food should come out piping hot.

Food is decent at this location. But my service today was really upsetting. I'm just one person, the restaurant is pretty empty. It took my server 10 minutes to come to my table. The hostess had to go get him again! Then I ordered my drink and food and he forgot my drink but brought the table next to me their drinks, so I had to remind him again that I was here waiting for my stuff. Maybe he is having a bad day, I'm not sure. But really didn't start my day off well.

I had great service. My server was amazing and did everything to please us and was on top of everything. The only thing I was disappointed about was the manager Mari, I think that was her name, she was yelling at all the employees, every second, for every little thing, I felt super uncomfortable. Why is your expediter walking around with his mask down. Mind you all other servers and cooks have their masks on. Additionally, you guessed it, his mask is down and he is talking while all the food is being sent to him to expedite. If I had seen this before I ate my food, I would have left. I hope the franchise owner sees this and addresses it. Updates - I guess the owners don't care. Too bad.
