We were seated quickly with just about a 10 minute wait just as they told us. We sat down and ordered a panini, burger, French toast, and a kids silver dollar. It took 40 minutes before we got our food and we had to ask where our food was which we had been staring at it on the ready shelf for 20 minutes. Food was not very good neither was the service. I would not go back. The price was also pretty high for the quality of food. I hop might be a better option

I finally made my way in after passing so many times. Unfortunately I wasn't as impressed as I thought I'd be. First and foremost the staff was great from the moment I walked in. That is where the 2 stars were gained but attention to detail would have gained at least one more star. I ordered a tea and a waffle combo. My tea came out lukewarm and had to be replaced. I just called this store SIX TIMES. And got NO ANSWER. Waited twenty minutes, called again, NO ANSWER. Seriously inconvenient

The experience we had Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Orlando, FL was simply the worst customer service I've yet to experience. While I was in town, I decided to treat my parents to breakfast. My father was halfway through his omelette when he bit into an eggshell! I said "well Dad try eating another part maybe that was just the one piece." Next bite was more eggshell. We had a party of 18-20 after waiting an hour for the table we were told they couldn't sit us till everyone was there. So we told them we are there and were waiting on 2 people. And they can order when they get there. The lady was rude and flat out said they couldn't sit with us if they come after they sat us. Found hair in my food, staff was unapologetic and only offered 10% discount, for finding hair?! Do yourself a favor and visit the location in Winter Park, the staff is much friendlier and the environment is 100x better

"It's Keke's corporate policy not to mix cheese into the eggs. Corporate is in Orlando, and if corporate comes in and sees the kitchen doing it, we get fined." I like cheese mixed in with scrambled eggs. Though the sad reality, of course, is that mixing cheese into the eggs brings the kitchen to a grinding halt, in turn leading to disgruntled guests, in turn causing a massive walk out of all that is breakfast, further causing calamity in the cafe with every single employee asking "Why people are leaving?" The manager mike is absolutely terrible. Literally told us to please get out before we even got our check. He isn't even kind to his workers you can see how he talks to them in front of everyone. The staff is amazing at least. Friendly hosts, excellent customer service from our waitress and the people that bring your food out were also nice. Sucks to see a place not be able to thrive because of poor management.
