Keke's is small breakfast food spot reminiscent of an Ihop or Denny's. While it prides itself on its small family environment, it fails to deliver and leaves the customer with a disappointment only mildly subsided by it's entrees. Lackluster is the probably the most accurate word to describe this establishment, rather than bad. Visual delicacies can only go so far in the goal of full customer satisfaction. Called in a togo order. Simple order btw. They said 15-20 min. Its been over 40 min and still do not have my food. We used to come here all the time. Food was fresh and consistent. Lately it varies. Very disappointed. Will be taking a break from this place unfortunately. Should not take over 40 min for a waffle and some breakfast potatoes. Ridiculous.

Great pancakes and waffles. Potato fries or not my type of style the cut and cooked in oil. Everything has a price of charge and the pancakes are just a pancake but coming a decent size.

I didn't even get to have the food here because of the wait. They said the wait was 10-15 min therefore we were there for over 15 minutes nobody seem to leave the same amount of people that were waiting there when we got there were still waiting there along with us. So we made the decision that many other did leave to another place because of the wait. Hopefully I'll have a chance to try the food here next time.

The service was terrible. Not everyone eats breakfast early in the morning. So asking for a hot sandwich was not an option. Felt extremely rushed. Will never go to the one on Waterford lakes ever again.

I will preface this by saying Kekes has good food. I've eaten here on numerous occasions, even visiting other locations, and food is consistently good. Portions are big, and the flavor combinations they offer are great, satisfying sweet and savory. I prefer the Florida pancake with fruit (strawberry, banana, blueberry) and home fries with bacon and cheese. As for the hostess and restaurant policy, they have a service issue. We reserved a table, waiting for a 3rd person. She arrived late, she was driving from Miami to Orlando. The manager refused to serve her, stating it was a "corporate" rule, she had to wait like everyone else. We had already waited and we're just waiting for her to join us. She was not allowed to order, not even a "to go" order. Ridiculous!!!! So much for my favorite place! How disappointing. What a shame. Not impressed. For the price the food is not worth it. I purchased a southwest omelet a few dollars short of $11. I received an omelet that had pre diced ham and pre frozen diced bell peppers. For $11, take the time to include fresh toppings. I had high expectations but was let down. The atmosphere is very beautiful and colorful and clean. KeKe's has got to work on the food. I will not be going back.

Got the pecans pancakes to go. Tbey only had a small amount of pecsns only at the bottom of the pancakes.. not throughout the pancakes. Then they gave buttersworth syrup vs. Having thier own syrup. There is nothing spill here.
