Way too long and tail light is not fixed. My son took the car at 1:30 was told it would take 1.5 hours to do the job. 3 hours later he leaves?? The bill seemed too much at 387.04 with the back light being replaced with a regular bulb that doesn’t match the other 3 LED flashing bulbs. I find the service here is always way longer then expected and the quality sub par.

Terrible now been subjected to the unethical and unprofessional conduct of this business twice. We have been through two car deals with this company one attempting to rectify the other. I implore you do not do business with this company. They are extremely dishonest and do not deserve your buisness

If you don't have a job they will get you financed Talk about crooks, I went in and told them I didn't have a job and I got the let me worry about that from Tim......and wow all of a sudden I have a job I've never heard of. My salesman Kris told me that we have lot's of people that don't work that get approved....if your credit is great don't worry about it. Terrible Experience Started out good but became absolutely terrible experience. Not up front about pricing and fees. Deal was 98% complete when extra fees were introduced. Treated very rude, threatened, delayed responses. Very deceiving about there fees. Dealer fees are very high even on used vehicles. Tim Muise? more like "Tim the Fuse" he snapped when I questioned the documentation fee.

Poor installation of breaks After having brand new breaks installed last summer (in order to pass inspection), they still shook while breaking. I went in twice to have "visual inspections" and was told they looked fine. I was told it was the rear wheel bearing that was shot and was the reason for the wobbling while breaking. I was quoted over $600 to have that fixed. I got it fixed elsewhere for half the price. After having the bearing fixed, my breaks were still pulling. Manager clayton Awful made me drive over 8 hours to do a deal he made over the phone then wanted 4k more then he said it was non negotionable. Then told me I could keep the sound system that was in my trade in cause it added no value even after I told him it had one in it days prior to arriving and it was professionally installed and easily still worth 2000 dollars . Not What I expect when Buying a New Car Let me start out with that Kael was amazing and did a great job, and went above and beyond. What I did not expect was to drive off the lot and the next day be told they sold me the wrong car and I was driving an uninsured vehicle that was not in my name. Crooked service department Went in for an oil change and an ECM code for a brake position sensor. I was told that I didn't have that problem, instead I left with a $1300 quote for a bad PCV valve that was built in to the intake manifold. LIES!!! Bought the part and replaced it myself for $100. Brake position sensor code was not addressed or resolved. I had to fix that myself as well. Later discovered that, during the oil change, they overfilled the crankcase. Bad review I wrote gone and so are all others I've read ! This place is the worst place I've ever gone to purchase a car ... basically the staff wouldn't even show me a vehicle unless I qualified for their financing. ..
