Since firing the service tech of 9 years the service has been suspect. Just had tires changed over and told I needed an alignment before my guy would just do it as there was trust there so instead of doing it they told me to rebook to get it done . Because I have all the time in the world to take another full day. Also 4 hours to put winter tires already on rims is ridiculous...Since letting my service tech the level has fallen off.

They told me that it will take 1. 5 hours for seasonal tire change in October. Instead it took all day. My vehicle was still waiting in their parking lot at 4:30!

Dealer pulled my credit and did not have truck in stock as they said they did, complete waste of time.

The team forged internal GM paperwork to get me into a lease. I never missed a payment for 2 years. When my lease was ending I got finance for the agreed buy out price. They then tried to charge me $10,000 above the agreed GM lease-end price because of a new "Rule". Dealership Owner Ian Speckman and Snr. Finance Manager Leah Babington won't return my calls or provide any clarification on this new "GM Rule" that wasn't in my original lease & refuse to discuss or help. Terrible products. GM and the dealershio did not provide us with a trustworthly vehicle... after one week of ownership..defective and have fought for 7 months to just be forced to keep it. Neither GM or Chev was willing to do the right think and blamed it on the banks a compmete nightmare.

I've been very frustrated with their lack of communication with me and their lack of communication between departments. On 2 seperate occasions. It was in for the work that was to take all day. Front and back breaks (recall issue), an alignment issue, a grinding when turning left and a clunk in the back end when stopping and rough idling. I was not told I was not scheduled in until I picked up the truck at the end of the day, after I was the one that reached out to them to see if it was done. Last week my husband was in contact with Lucas by email regarding a truck and after several emails it was decided we would drive from Merritt to Kelowna to view the truck. An appointment was made for Friday at 1:00. Friday a.m. we contacted Lucas to say we were on our way and again at 1:02 to say we had been delayed on the Coquihalla due to snow and poor road conditions but we would be there in 15 minutes. I am a Sales Manager in BC for a global corporation who uses Element Fleet vehicles for all sales reps. I have had three different sales reps of mine complain to me how rude and unprofessional the service department treated them. I am boycotting this dealership and spreading the word throughout my sales network. If you want to be belittled then go here for your vehicle servicing but our organization will NEVER be using them again.

Sales process was excellent, staff was friendly and not pushy. Unfortunately the Vehicle is disappointing as it has poor build quality and needed to be in for service before 5000kms.
