Be careful Came in on a Monday after work 5pm. I drove from Penticton to look at car was willing to buy but it was late and so I was coming back the next day. however the next the car was sold I spoke to Dennis the salesman and I spoke to the sales manager throughout the day at no point was I told the car would be sold. Trevor Neely - Poor service, follow up, false advertising, I had a poor experience with Trevor Neely. 1) I inquired about one vehicle and he said it was sold. He told me he had another similar vehicle in stock and to come down. This other vehicle was not actually there, I drove by after hours twice and it was not on the lot. I asked him for photos and data 4 times and he could not provide it. He was baiting me to go in. Rude and condescending!! Took vehicle in for paint peeling issue on a 2014 Silverado as directed by them when I called and described the problem. It was a 2.5 hr drive and a day in Kelowna. Arrived to find out that despite booking an appointment that the only person who could make a decision was on holidays. Pictures were taken and we were told they would let us know when the manager reviewed it after his holiday. Rude customer service Recently leased a car at the dealership and was experiencing a minor issue with the paint and bird mess that made a stain on my car that I had noticed after the fact. Before coming to the dealer ship in kelowna I went the dealership in Langley who were more than willing to fix the problem for me, but due to time were not able. I will never come back to this dealership I came into this dealership with very clear and attainable goals as I had been in previous and we had spoken briefly about them and they had said it shouldn't be a problem. Upon going in this week I was very dissatisfied in the amount of unprofessionalism from the dealer principal as well as several other higher up management who were unable to work with me to attain these goals. Greasy salesman Rushed buying experience. Dishonest sales techniques. Was offered certain incentives to buy and then charged full price for them. Was yelled at over the phone.

Way too long and tail light is not fixed. My son took the car at 1:30 was told it would take 1.5 hours to do the job. 3 hours later he leaves?? The bill seemed too much at 387.04 with the back light being replaced with a regular bulb that doesn’t match the other 3 LED flashing bulbs. I find the service here is always way longer then expected and the quality sub par.

Terrible now been subjected to the unethical and unprofessional conduct of this business twice. We have been through two car deals with this company one attempting to rectify the other. I implore you do not do business with this company. They are extremely dishonest and do not deserve your buisness
