I am satisfied with the service received this past visit to the dealership. Jeff is very helpful and the guy that takes care of us when we first drive in is very very good with customer satisfaction, sorry I don't know his name.
Service was very friendly and everyone gave clear explanations on any questions we had. No amount of pressure was made to complete the sale and everyone we came in contact with seemed genuinely appreciative to have our business.
From the moment I entered the express service bay the service was professional and caring. Every question answered. I can't say enough about the experience. The cashier was helpful and actually made suggestions in order to save money. Thank You, Ganley Nissan.
Your dealership is fantastic from the front door and out the back. Harold is very accomodating with scheduling and very knowledgable about the cars and service. I was there for an oil change at 7am and out the door before 7:30am. Your facility is spotless and everyone is SSSOOOOOOO friendly! Keep up the good work!
I called on Tuesday of last week & made an appointment with Harold to have an oil change on my Altima on Saturday afternoon. I received a reminder call which I appreciated. The service area that I pulled into was clean & ready for my arrival. Harold was super friendly & quickly got my car in process. He gave me a time frame - which was absolutely correct. I had worked with Rose before. I leased a car from her at Tri-City Nissan 3 years ago. I really appreciate her honesty and feel she really knows what she's talking about. I love the fact she is driving a Rogue now, same as me. I will continue to lease cars from her in the future. I trust her.

I believe you have a great dealership. My salesperson Varian was very patient with me in my decision making process. Neil was great as well! He took the time to explain in detail to my wife her new Rogue, and even gave her his business card in case she had any later questions. I would highly recommend your dealership.
