It was so nice to come into a dealership and deal with a cheerful, knowledgeable associate. She was super busy but never forgot about me. I leased a new vehicle from Rose. We put the deal together over the phone. Everything she promised, she did. The Murano was gassed up and cleaned up when I arrived. She went over all of the new features with me. She even follow up with me by email and phone to make sure all was well. I have already recommended her to one of my co-workers.
Simply was the best experience I have had at a car dealer, new or used. The staff was friendly, honest, explanatory and helpful. They worked to accomplish the deal, I received a great price for a great vehicle. I will be returning for my future vehicle needs.
I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima from Ken Ganley Nissan. I have purchased over 4 cars over 12 years and I can honestly say that this was the easiest experience I have ever had. He did not pressure me into anything. He answered all my questions in honesty and helped me with all the cars features. If you are looking to buy a new car find Alex at nissan he is the best!
What a wonderful experience! Bar-none, the best car buying experience we've ever had! After our last experience, we weren't sure if we'd ever purchase another new car. I had a great car buying experience at Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina. My salewomen really knew the product. She was professional and courteous. I did not feel pushed into buying anything. Rose gave me all of the information that I needed to make a smart buying decision. I will definely be back to see her for my next car.
Had an inspection on my car performed for free including brakes. Most dealers want $35 to do this. Was given a loaner car and when my car was not ready on time, I was given free oil changes and fuel in the loaner car. Additionally, I was able to use 10% off coupon and was given more off then I had anticipated. I signed up for the rewards program as well and was given more money off of future services. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. This dealership dropped the ball every chance they possibly could. From missing paperwork from my trade in being signed and having to go back on my day off to sign and receive numerous calls about my old loan being delinquent since they never resolved it, to giving me false information about the car I purchased and being stuck with a car I thought had capabilities it does not and cannot per Nissan. I was very disappointed in their service. They lied and said I had nails in my tires that could not be fixed and my tires were too worn out, even though the tires were 14 months old. Thank goodness I took my car to the place I bought the tires and they plugged the tires and said I had plenty of tread. I will never take my car to a Nissan dealership to be serviced ever again.
I came in for a routine oil change. I waited patiently in the lobby. There were a few people ahead of me waiting for their cars. Since it seemed fairly busy, I didn’t bother any of the service employees. After seeing everyone taken care of in front of me, to include a number of people that arrived after me, I finally asked what was going on. I had been waiting 1 hr 30 min by this time.
