Rose Strelbicki is Wonder Woman. I had previous dealings with her at another dealer, now out of business, so when the time came to lease a new Murano, I sought her out (even though two other dealers are more convenient for me). Can't believe that this is the first time I was not pressured into buying a car. The only reason i bought that day was because Alex was so nice and we were just having a fun time testing out cars. I never can actually say I had fun buying a car but this time it was fun. We spent a lot of time with each other and we still talk to this day. Great guy to buy a car from.
Rose S. called me and told me that she thought she could lease me a new Maxima at a good price. I told her that my lease wasn’t up until December but to tell me what she could do. She called me back; made me an offer I didn’t want to refuse, and asked me to come in to pick out the color I wanted. This took place in less than two days. It was so nice to come into a dealership and deal with a cheerful, knowledgeable associate. She was super busy but never forgot about me. I leased a new vehicle from Rose. We put the deal together over the phone. Everything she promised, she did. The Murano was gassed up and cleaned up when I arrived. She went over all of the new features with me. She even follow up with me by email and phone to make sure all was well. I have already recommended her to one of my co-workers.
Simply was the best experience I have had at a car dealer, new or used. The staff was friendly, honest, explanatory and helpful. They worked to accomplish the deal, I received a great price for a great vehicle. I will be returning for my future vehicle needs.
