Service department doesn’t tell you of recalls then denies conversation. Corporate uses several groups for recall info so you might not receive mailings. Then ganley Medina denies if open recalls pertain to your vehicle when VIN number given. Manager does not return phone calls.
Good deals. Terrible experience. Sales people/managers are terrible. Will not go back ever again. Shop anywhere else

This dealership and service gives terrible care to their customers and car . I only went back because of a warranty and they “couldn’t find time” to look after I made an appointment online 8am and dropped the car off the night before
They were pleasant when I leased my vehicle but Rose crumpled my temp tag when I said I didn't need the ken ganley plate holder because I had Michael Stanley plates. Guess they were pissed cuz I purchased the vehicle. Rose kept telling me I don't get paid to do these buy outs. Contacted management but nothing came of it. Not even an apology.
