4 1/2 hours later the deal was done never telling me the keys to the truck where bad yes both of them I got home the mirrors needed fix and the cruise control I had to have fixed. In the process of negotiating for a new vehicle I was promised by the sales manager that the offer they made us would stay in effect until the vehicle was sold. However when I returned a few weeks later to purchase the vehicle I was told that they would no longer honor their offer. Unfortunately our price did not change, Factory programs change often, usually monthly and with Holidays. Since it was several weeks later, the Nissan program had changed. We apologize that we were unable to honor this.
We were told to come in to test drive 2 used cars. We were told they would be waiting out front. When we got there nobody knew where the cars were. We were told they were at the detail shop have a seat. Then we were told one sold yesterday the other was out on an overnight test drive. Really it took 30 min to figure that out? Not sure what the trooth is but I call it bait and switch. They tried to get us to look at other cars. We left and headed to an honest dealership.
tells me he has approvals and then just stopped calling on Nissan Xterra. after he did 8 inquire on my credit. thanks for nothing. they act like they care. what a bunch of crap!
I was at the dealer on Mar 11th, 15 after several email conversation. Salesman DJ offered good lease number on Pathfinder with absolutely no down in email. (I have email proof). However, when I drove 45mins to got there to sign, but he(and his boss) refused the deal with all kinds of excuses. It was very unprofessional and rude. Totally waste of time and energy. I am willing to hear the dealer's opinion.
My wife and I purchased 2 cars at one time (bought 1, leased 1). That part was fine. After that, the problems started. They had to get our vehicles from other dealers because they didn't have ones we wanted on their lot and told us we'd have both cars "early" the following week. Several times I was disconnected when trying to reach the sales department and the finance department. This dealership does not embrace technology. I specifically asked to only send my financial documents out to one place for a rate quote and they sent to 3, this doesn't help as you are trying to build credit. They had my truck in their shop for three days after giving me the run around with empty promises on my vehical. I finally thought maybe they gave me a deal or a Christmas mirical after all I did buy my truck from them. first they were friendly then understanding amd then when it comes down to it and I got the last phone call from them. they screwed me over and tld me to come get my vehical asap! all I can say is wow! and I will never ever recommend or buy another vehical from them. absolutely ridiculous very rude and incons... read more
I am a young adult and I was treated like a child by Alex Kash. He did not answer my questions, did not respond to my questions about the car and was pushy.I asked him questions about mechanical issues with the car and I was brushed off and told that it went through a inspection.
