They had my truck in their shop for three days after giving me the run around with empty promises on my vehical. I am a young adult and I was treated like a child by Alex Kash. Bought a new car a couple months ago was promisedfree tank of gas with oil changes and they are saying it is only one take of gas not every time. When ask to speak to sales manager who helped sell us car and promised us this he is no longer is there along with both sales men who helped us. I went in to the dealership to test drive a new Nissan Altima. I drove the car and everything was fine. I asked to know what the price of the car would be if I were hypothetically to purchase it that day and I was quoted 19,500. It seemed very low for the car I drove, so I asked the sales person if that price was for the exact car I tried. He said yes. We drove over 2 and a half hours to take a look at used truck which I found on autotrader.com. It looked immaculate and seemed like friendly service over the phone. Once we got there the salesman, Jim Z, was VERY inattentive from the start but we figured he may have been busy. Drove 2 hours to this dealership after viewing a used far online & being told it was in great shape, apart from one minor defect, which the dealership agreed to pay to have fixed. Took it for a test drive and found the 4 wheel drive system was not functional. The car was leaking oil. Several of the buttons inside did not work. The 6 disc CD changer was missing the cartridge. There are so many reasons I would not recommend ANY one buy a car from these snake in the grass sales "professionals". After working a deal out well after closing time on a Tuesday night, we planned to return to pick up our purchase on Thursday and set a time for signing the papers and paying for our purchase. I sent two separate emails from two separate websites, Autotrader and dealer website, and received a reply from neither. How can a business that relies on customers actually purchasing their product stay in business when they conduct themselves in this manner? I was possibly going to be spending upwards of $40,000 at this dealership.
