"Service is fine" Service department in fine, but I'll probably never buy a car from them again. I hate their commercials, I think they are very misleading.

"Oil Change - Tire rotation" No appointment necessary. I was in/out within 1/2 hour. I also received a quote for new tires on my other vehicle which was better than the pricing from Costco.

"Too much oil" Should of know 4 cylinder engine only needs 5 quarts of oil. Placed 7 quarts and did not check dip stick if they did would of know overfilled. Fortunately for them I checked to make sure and notice overfilled oil on dipstick and document and charged for 7 quarts. Again oil capacity is 5 quarts. Matt made right and knew this was a big mistake and sent someone to empty oil out.

"25 words" I will no longer leave reviews as your time consuming and foolish policy of 25 word minimum is not necessary to make a review. I have tried to give a short, positive review in the past and I will no longer waste my time. This is the ONLY thing I dislike about Nissan.
"Woman customer" Greatly appreciated being treated as a woman who might be a potential customer and not being treated as a woman who may not have the same knowledge as men.

"Tire purchase and alignment " My appointment was at 2:30. I was out the door at 5. It just seemed less me it took a very long time to get the work finished... maybe I’m wrong and that’s normal. But this time seemed really slow.

"Have bought last three vehicles from this dealership" They should at least give someone who has bought her last three cars and sent a friend who leased one a t-shirt or other small perk. Would be good advertising too.

"interesting, a little frustrating " Well, the service guy came in to tell me my car was done, quoted me a price around $36 dollars than sad it was paid for. I went out and it wasn't my car. Had to go back in and wait, then the price ended up being $55 for an oil change. That is a lot of money for an oil change.

"Third Lease & Love It " Although the back and forth on price is never fun and happens everywhere, I feel 100% better about this Nissan dealership than my previous location on my previous lease. This dealership was nice to work with and they worked hard to get me my car!
