"Okayhappy" I'm not happy they roled all the negative equity,they did not minus what they gave me for me car. Not happy they did that.

"Recent Service" I called ahead and they said no need to schedule an oil change & tire rotation with the service department. I was told 1 hour and 15 minutes at the latest and was there over 2 hours waiting.

"30,000 service" 3 hours for a oil change,tire rotation,granted they did have to charge battery for 1 hour to get a bad code to allow replacement under warranty. 2 hours for oil change and rotation to long to wait. Been there before and it's done under an hour

"price was good" sales manager used insulting tactics. this was not necessary. DJ was polite & helpful. I was there 4 hours, I knew the car we wanted, process takes too long.

"Phone Call and connecting to Service Center " The main issue I have is trying to reach the service center by phone. I have been on hold for a great period of time trying to get to the service center. i would estimate that 5 of 6 call ins I would be placed on hold for a period of time that is not acceptable and at times I have just hung up. all other areas is great ... Sales , getting the car serviced- its is just the phone call to service center .

"Very Helpful Staff, Did a great Job" The Staff was very helpful. They answered all my question and helped me through the buying process. Very nice truck and a great deal on it.

"Used car purchase" Purchased a used Nissan Sentra for a reasonable price. The "online" team was frustrating... sent an email to request a price, they initially didn't answer my question. Received a phone call and asked my question again, to which I was told that the listed prices are NEVER discounted. What was particularly sad though is that I was told this information only after I was asked to make an offer. "Dirty car" The customer service and sales were very kind. DJ was very attentive however he told us that the car we bought; a used 2017 Nissan Rogue was going to be cleaned and detailed before we picked it up the following day. This was not the case. The windows were dusty and had sticker glue and scrape marks on the front windshield, on the passenger side. We also found garbage in the pockets on the back of the seats and in the console. There was red pen mark on the ceiling of the car.

"Conflicting advise from service advisor" I came in to have my transmission fluid changed as was recommended the week before. As I was leaving I was told that I may have waited too long to have it done (at 63,100 rather than 60,000) and that if I had waited any longer they would have told me not to bother changing it at all. Nice. I bought my car here and have been coming back for the past 5 years. This was my first negative experience so I will consider this a fluke.
