We also find it hard to believe after 18 months the car needs brakes already with 21477 miles - also on report. Service told us “everything looks good”

I was told it wasn’t an issue and it would be 45mins. An hour and a half later I get a call on my phone that my car was finished, I was sitting in the service lobby the entire time. Everything time I tried, it told me that I had to have cookies enabled. When I used the chat box, the person on the other end didn't know anything about the service department or the website.

"warranty drivers seat motor replacement" Awesome service, dropped it off in the morning and they had a loaner car for us for the day, Went back and picked up our Rogue that afternoon. Will definetely check with this dealership in the future when we are looking to buy again or if we need any further service
