"I’m not sure how standing water could get into the floor..." I’m not sure how standing water could get into the floor of my Nissan Rogue and not have a way to drain out, but this is what they told me. It cost over $600 to repair an item that they did not have in stock so they had to repair the existing damaged part. I worked with 2 different people in service. I really didn’t understand the issue at all. I was not thrilled with the whole situation, although it seems fine now.

"Recall and Service" I was scheduled for a recall but was unable to drive because of a recent surgical procedure, so someone picked up my car and returned it. I live about 30 miles from the dealership. The recall was investigated, tires were rotated, oil was changed and they discovered a bad wiper and replaced it.

"Bent Over Backwards" The team at Ganley Nissan went above and beyond to secure the vehicle my wife wanted - and all within a few hours. We arrived to test drive a Nissan Armada. She loved it, but hated the color. They didn't have the color she preferred, but found one at their sister store in North Olmstead. They called in a driver on his day off, sent him up there, brought it back, processed it, financed it, put the final touches on it and did it all before 5pm - because we had a fundraiser to get to at 6. "Good, but had one issue" I really like this dealership, but did have one issue. I had an oil change, new brakes, new battery and one tire pressure monitor replaced. After driving about 15 miles, the tire pressure light came on and I had to go back to the dealership to have the monitor reprogrammed. They did so quickly, and the problem was resolved. I will definitely continue to use this dealership for my service. I feel much more confident about price and service with this dealership than the one I used previously.

"Phone conversation and texting prior to coming was great...." Phone conversation and texting prior to coming was great. Sales guy was ok, up until we signed the papers and he omitted to tell me there was only one key for the vehicle. So we have the 300 expense of another key. Dealership should charge the person who turns the vehicle in 300 bucks for a new key, not the new purchaser. Finance guy took Soooooo long to get ready. Messed up taxes and tax credit. Also didn’t show us the rates possible, just stuck us in 72 months ... read more

"Nissan Transmissions are Junk" I've been complaining about strange sounds and bad performance of a CV Transmission since 50k miles. Now its slipping and about to fail, and Nissan says I'm probably not covered to get a replacement. If you like your spending thousands to get a trans replaced, get yourself a Nissan today!
