"Quick" Music playing in showroom very loud. Sometimes could not hear salesman, or understand what he was saying. Finance did not go through the items on loan paperwork.

"Customers aren’t a priority " I bought my vehicle used from a different dealership and I wanted to take it to a Nissan dealer so I called to set up an appointment. I unfortunately talked to a ty in service and let me just say he was the most disrespectful, unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to. "Deposits don’t mean anything here" Put a deposit down on a used Nissan Murano and the salesman Robert told me the would hold the car. They did not and sold it. When I spoke to the manager, Nick, he told me that a deposit does not hold a vehicle at their dealership and that i must have misunderstood. Rather that if the car was sold they would find me a comparable car at the same price. He made no such offer....nor any type of an apology. What a way to treat people👎

I searched their website for the vehicle I was looking for and found one I wanted. I went in and when I looked at the vehicle it had almost none of the features that were listed online. When they came back with the price they wanted $12,000 more than what they had listed online. They falsely advertise and then waste your time. I will never ever go back to this dealership ever again!
I went to get a car wash and change oil at the Nissan dealership in medina Ohio! The car is like new Because I always cared for it; no scratches, no dents... after my service there, I noticed there was water in the cup holders inside of the car... We stopped in to look at a Jeep. On the test drive and through out the process the salesman paid more attention to his phone then us. The options listed on line for the car where not the actual options. We told him the terms we needed to stay within that did not happen. When we got to financing they added more months to the term on top of what the salesman said and finance would not let us leave with out purchasing some other services that we did not want or need and he was told that several times.
