I mainly worked with Jason Long over internet sales. I was interested in purchasing an 2011 Altima. He was always very quick with his responses and was willing to work with the price in a very flexible manner. I always felt like my questions were answered on time and thoroughly. I loved my salesperson (John) and had a great experience with finance department as well. They really went to bat for me! I was a little disappointed when (after 35 days of owning my vehicle) my roof rack fell off my car for no apparent reason, and the dealership would not fix this problem, which should have been caught in their pre-purchase review of my car. When I was at the dealership I never intended to purchase a car.. Jack introduced him self the minute I walked into the dealership and made sure I was comfortable and was just the friendly guy I have ever talked to.. I was looking to trade my 2004 maxima for a new one and I worked with Brad. Though I haven't made the final decision yet I am very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by Brad and the dealership. The experience started before I arrived at the dealer. Ryan did some research to line up some cars that were within my budget and moldel in mind. I have had issues with my nissan recently and called down to the Salt Lake Dealership and spoke to Ryan Hinkins he made my appointment and promised i would not be dis satisfied with his dealerships performance.
