We had some complications with our vehicle. Sam and the Sales staff went out of their way to be sure we were happy with our end result. We also shopped around and found this dealership was the best price and great followthrough with the sales personell. Sam helped us for a few days getting everything just right.

The whole experience at Ken Garff was great. They found the exact car I wanted even though it wasn't at the lot we visited. They went and got it for me! Very helpful and saved us the legwork. The representative Chris did great with the whole process and made it all quick and easy.

I really enjoyed working with Ryan. He was friendly and professional and was also educated on the car I was purchasing. We also enjoyed working with Bill (i think that was his name in finance?). He was very efficient and detail oriented. I would highly recommend our them. Purchasing this car was a pleasant experience.

I had such a wonerful experience at Ken Garff Nissan. I worked with Brad Jensen and he was awsome. I came in trying to find a used car. We looked at a number of cars for hours. He was so patient with me. He genuinly seemed to want to help me find the car I was invisioning. I am obviously indecisive and was unsuccessful at finding the car I wanted that day for personal reasons. I'm sure this was frustrating for Brad but he didn't show it. He was great. John was excellent in explaining which car and price was better fit to my needs. His personality will keep you interested in listening to what he has to say. He was knowledgeable in the Toyota that I purchased even though this was a Nissan dealership. I would recommend with no doubt this person as being your salesrep.

I have never had as good an experience purchasing a vehicle, new or used, than my experience with Matt at Ken Garff Nissan. First of all, he responded quickly to my Internet inquiries in a timely manner and with useful information. Then when I came into the dealership, he listened to what my parameters were, made his recommendations, and worked with me to prepare an offer on teh vehicle I ended up purchasing. My dad and I worked with Julian and he was a great help to us. We came in to look threw to see what i could find in my price range. He knew my price range and didn't try and pressure me to go over it. I haven't baught a car before so this whole experience was scary for me but after meeting with him and having him help me he made me feel at ease.
