I wanted a certain Xterra and Chris found it for me. I had experienced some awful interactions with other local dealers and was so grateful to find Chris and Justin. I was happy to deal with a salesman who didn't act like a "car salesman"! I absolutely love my Xterra and truly enjoyed my experience with Chris and Justin. Matt and the team at Ken Garff Nissan Salt Lake were great to work with. They were very friendly, without being pushy. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to describe things in a way we could understand. Matt worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Ken Garff and will likely buy our next one there, as well.

When I called the dealership, it was about a car that I had seen on-line. they connected me with their internet salesman, and john was able to walk me through the entire process, including a test drive, in only a few hours. Even let me take my girlfriend out to lunch in the car that i was going to purchase while he took care of paper work. He even called me up a couple times within two weeks to make sure that I was satisfied with the car and to let me know that everyhting had gone through at the bank just fine. We had some complications with our vehicle. Sam and the Sales staff went out of their way to be sure we were happy with our end result. We also shopped around and found this dealership was the best price and great followthrough with the sales personell. Sam helped us for a few days getting everything just right.

The whole experience at Ken Garff was great. They found the exact car I wanted even though it wasn't at the lot we visited. They went and got it for me! Very helpful and saved us the legwork. The representative Chris did great with the whole process and made it all quick and easy.

I really enjoyed working with Ryan. He was friendly and professional and was also educated on the car I was purchasing. We also enjoyed working with Bill (i think that was his name in finance?). He was very efficient and detail oriented. I would highly recommend our them. Purchasing this car was a pleasant experience.

I had such a wonerful experience at Ken Garff Nissan. I worked with Brad Jensen and he was awsome. I came in trying to find a used car. We looked at a number of cars for hours. He was so patient with me. He genuinly seemed to want to help me find the car I was invisioning. I am obviously indecisive and was unsuccessful at finding the car I wanted that day for personal reasons. I'm sure this was frustrating for Brad but he didn't show it. He was great. John was excellent in explaining which car and price was better fit to my needs. His personality will keep you interested in listening to what he has to say. He was knowledgeable in the Toyota that I purchased even though this was a Nissan dealership. I would recommend with no doubt this person as being your salesrep.
