Spoke with salesperson Pahl who told me the Z is in high demand and I advised him I know that's not the case as the cars are sitting on lots for several weeks and several available nationwide. This is typical dealer strategy to make you think your options are limited on negotiations. Dealers are selling Z's under msrp if you call around and search forums on pricing discussions. I was not warned by the saleman or finance that my loan with NMAC would acrue interest from the date of vehicle delivery. This is an expensive scam to the customer. I could not make any payment until they provided an account number. When my number was finally provided, a month later, I was shocked to see $320 interest added to my account.
Jesson Schear at Ken Garff Nissan Salt Lake City sold us a used Camry we drove it twice and the check engine light came on. We took it to a Toyota dealership for repairs. It needs a new transmission. Ken Garff sales manager offered us $200 as a trade in for a car they sold to us 10 days before and was driven twice. Jesson told us he was a mechanic and this was a solid car that would last for years. I guess forever to him means two trips. If I could give lower than a one star review I would. Crooked. Lying. Dishonest.
Ken Garff in Downtown Salt Lake charged my credit card $10000.00 and will NOT refund the money until it goes through a "process". They owed me $1077 credit for a catalytic converter core exchange but instead charged my Amex $10k on accident and are now telling me its my problem. Will never try and buy another car from the KG auto group. What a complete waste of time I had there, horrible saleswoman I was trying to work with, complete dishonesty in every way. A total waste of nearly 3hrs of my time only to be told the car I was interested in was already sold, even let me test drive the car knowing xxxx well it was sold.
