I had such a wonerful experience at Ken Garff Nissan. I worked with Brad Jensen and he was awsome. I came in trying to find a used car. We looked at a number of cars for hours. He was so patient with me. He genuinly seemed to want to help me find the car I was invisioning. I am obviously indecisive and was unsuccessful at finding the car I wanted that day for personal reasons. I'm sure this was frustrating for Brad but he didn't show it. He was great. John was excellent in explaining which car and price was better fit to my needs. His personality will keep you interested in listening to what he has to say. He was knowledgeable in the Toyota that I purchased even though this was a Nissan dealership. I would recommend with no doubt this person as being your salesrep.
I have never had as good an experience purchasing a vehicle, new or used, than my experience with Matt at Ken Garff Nissan. First of all, he responded quickly to my Internet inquiries in a timely manner and with useful information. My dad and I worked with Julian and he was a great help to us. We came in to look threw to see what i could find in my price range. He knew my price range and didn't try and pressure me to go over it. Ryan was our sale guy. He was easy to get along with, friendly & overrall great customer svc. We loved our experience there mainly because he made it a good expierience for us. All the other guys that helped out were also very friendly & more than willing to help, which made us feel like they cared. Overrall experience was great for us because they explained everything kept us informed & had a smile thru it all!!
Robb and Carson did their very best to sell us just the car my wife wanted with terms that my wife could handle. The succeeded tremendously with a brand new Brilliant Silver Metal colored 2011 Nissan Versa for nothing down and $339/month.
