"Sketchy Price Change" Hidden within the verbally communicated price changes was an adjustment of the "cash value of the vehicle" by $500. This went unnoticed until that itchy feeling of being misled finally had me review the the screenshot of the online price compared to what was paid only to discover the adjustment. "Do not buy from here" Do not under any circumstances buy a car from this dealership. They are under handed and crooked. We went into to buy a car from them we gave them a price for a payment we wanted. They came back and said we can get you into a new car for only $9 over the amount we wanted.Great we thought and drove away happy in our new car. Pathetic and awful customer service. Poor treatment. Dishonest people. Criminals. Don't trust them. And don't buy from them. Never go there. And you won't be taken advantage of.
My husband and I bought a vehicle from here 2 days later the car was broken. We were given a loaner car and then tried to contact the dealer for 2 weeks straight to hear nothing then out of the blue we were called saying that the bank had called and interviewd my husband and was now denying financing we go to the dealership and greeted by the manager he was great but this sales person was rude and pushy from the start he lied about the financing and avoided us at all costs not even an apology. I was contacted by this dealership after a Truecar inquiry. The individual who I originally spoke with indicated that I should come in to discuss the offer after establishing that we were somewhat close to an agreement. I took time out of my busy Saturday based on this, but when I arrived I immediately was given different figures and had all but walked away when the "sales manager" told me they could fix it. Finance guys will run your credit up to 9 different times with each one hitting your credit for 10 points each inquiry. The GM and financing office didn't seem to care when we contacted them. The sale was made is all that matters and on to the next car.
Not honest Was not upfront about car fax Car was in front collision The autotrader add said nothing about Salvage title and front collision I flew out from Denver to pick up car and was told about front collision when I went to pick car up in Salt Lake City When I said I didn't want car very rude! I flew back to Denver Very bad experience !!
I normally don't write reviews but have dealt with Ken Garff dealerships a few times over the years and every time have not had a good experience. This experience was probably one of my worst. Purchased some parts for my vehicle and was quoted a price up front. In the middle of servicing my vehicle they realized they did not have all the parts to complete. It started with poor service on the telephone to set an appointment. I came early to my appointment and was helped promptly. Took a free ride to one mile away. My vehicle was ready 2 or 3 hours later. Charged me way more money than I expected. Which was at least 5x what the part cost. And the car wash sucked. I am disappointed in the experience I had and not only will I look elsewhere but I strongly advice you to do the same.
