Sales manager Tom lied and acted like he didn't want my business. Not a pleasant experience, but at the end of the day they had the vehicle I wanted so I went with them anyway.

Over 4 hours to store a spare and change 2 tires. Made me late for work. This was after they initially ordered the wrong tire sizes and had rescheduled my appointment. The clerk I worked with (Richard) was very professional. Otherwise this was a horrible experience. The service has been going downhill for the past few years but I didn't think things would get this bad.

The mechanic spilled oil all over my engine (on top) and did not recalibrate my tire pressure sensors when he rotated tires.Called them they offered next oil change free....

Turned out that the service dept is dishonest . Not sure I can trust them to change my oil and filter anymore. Will be going to a different chevy dealership to service my vehicle . Told me last time that my battery was bad. Priced a new battery and need my ok to put it on. I told them my truck was less than two years old and the batt should be under waranty. Got oil changed in our 2023 Chevy truck. Driving around doing shopping and our truck kept saying oil low so we call back and by the way we were on interstate coming home. Call Kenny Kent and they say can you bring it back so we did. Find out they only put 6 quarts of oil in which they should put 8 in. Very disappointed in our service. The guy that took care of us should not be there all he said I am sorry!! Well we won't be bringing it back there no more. Very poor service!!!!!!!

During our oil change and tire rotation on our 2022 Blazer they found a transmission leak. They did not reset the life monitor. Had to take our Blazer back and they had it all day to replace the transmission pan gasket. Not sure why the transmission was leaking at only 12,000 miles.
