We got there on tome for our app. Set there about 2 hrs. No body let us know anything finally I went outside and there was my suv setting there. It had been done for about 45 minutes. Then I went in and ask about it and nobody knew anything. The lady couldn't find my keys. It was a very bad experience one I don't want to go through again. And there was 2 other people who had been there longer than us and there vehicles were also setting there done also. Very poor service department. Buying a car from here was a pleasant experience, but stay away from the the service department go somewhere else for service you'll be happy that you did.

I was not informed of the active rebates on services rendered. So I lost money.

Check-in for customer service points was lacking. It felt like I was interrupting the gentleman. Words are currency and should represent the business with gratitude.

Dealer adds on additional stuff they won't remove and a sales guy lied to me. On the test drive the tpms light was on a rear tire was visibly low. Asked him to have it checked that there was not something in it. He pulled it to service and said it was all good just low. I asked again if there was a nail or screw in it he said no. I went to put my stuff in the car and you could see the nail in the edge of the tire where it's not fixable. I don't like being forced to buy add ons or lied to!

I waited 6 months for leaf springs and parts, dropped off my vehicle for 9 days, nothing was fixed. Wrong parts. Third time in about a/c not blowing cold, not fixed. Service bulletin for roof dents, not fixed. So, I drove a new Silverado loaner, while they fixed nothing on my truck for 9 days.
