Never thought a reputable dealership would treat customers so poorly!
they put a dent in the passenger side door .they also did not recharge the air conditioner,had to return the next day to get ac working again.
The person changing my oil left the oil pan plug loose. Ended up losing a bunch of oil on my garage floor. Tighten it back up, cleaned up the mess and took it back the next day. Oil had sprayed all under the bottom of my truck. Told them to clean it up and check everything this guy had done. On a side note, the ladys car before me, she had left and returned immediately. My car was not fixed like they said it was. I had not driven 10 miles before all the issues they said they fixed started again. Will now have to reschedule to see why they did not do what they said they did.
terrible, had to take truck in three times for a 2 hour job. first time, don't have a transmission guy on my team, second time, we have the part but can't fix today (a two hour job) , even thought i dropped it off at 7am and left it overnight. so had to take back a third time. three times of inconveniencing my wife and i. second new truck i have bought at kenny kent in last 4 years, every time i take my truck in for service it's like this. your service department is a joke!
My roof pours water now after they have worked on it, now trying to get it back into the service department again before rain! Took 4 months and multiple phone calls to get my vehicle in for this service.
Not happy with anything including the follow up. Will go to another dealre after this experience.
I had a list of things I went in to get checked and the service rep I talked to didnt have anything but one thing written down. When I called him out on it he back tracked and magically found the inspection on f the other things I needed checked.
I went to go get my van fixed and when I got it back the part they were supposed to fix fell apart and is worse then before looks like they just glued it I tried calling back they never called back very bad service
