They didnt take my car back to service it till 23 minutes past my appointment!! Plus the waiting area felt warm so I waited outside where it felt cooler plus the TV sound was set to where you couldnt hear it! Your waiting area to me is not very inviting!
Service employees very unprofessional and lacked in how to interact with customers- very rude and short when asked a question- and mechanics standing around talking about lunch plans and not working!
I was very disappointed with kenny kent chevy this time. I have bought 3 new cars from them and it went well. I wanted to use my own lender and they made my paying process harder than it should have been. Tried 3 time to have me go with there lender that would have cost me 6 grand more. And they throw my floor mats wayAnd said they couldn't replace them because they lost about 5 grand in the deal. I know that I will not go back to kenny kent chevy Or will I send my family and friends there

The salesman was nice but when we were talking business I was absolutely insulted with their offer on my trade. I throw a number out and thinks it's completely absurd. Hmm I thought his offer was as well. The F&I guy is as sleezy as they come. According to him he was doing me favors. I bought the vehicle but I really wish they didn't have what I wanted. I won't go back and should have just walked out.

Took my 2004 chevy Tahoe to Kenny Kent to get the fuel pump replaced. I call before hand to get a estimate. I was told about a hour of labor so I take my vehicle to them. 3 hours later I get a call saying the computer was wrong and it's actually 4.5 hours of labor. Okay what ever it's there just get it fixed! So the next day they call and said that the lock ring on my fuel pump was to rusted to get off and I would have to buy a new tank. But they don't manufacture them no more I would have to find one in a junk yard and hope... read more
Looked and test drove car. Pushy to get me to sigh. I looked at the car more closely and it needed tires so bad, absolutely no tread, I told them I was going to have it inspected by another shop. All the sudden the wasnt available and was going to auction.

Was not good. The detail was bad ,still had stuff in center arm rest dog hair every where in the vehicle. Also sale person was to push and was not good will never go ther again

Our salesman was delightful, the closing of the deal ( we brought all of the money required) took THREE HOURS. The sales manager comitted to checking on a couple of things for us and never bothered to contact us, even after 2 attempts to contact him. Crickets. Lots of other places sell cars.

They didn't schedule the appointment then said I needed repairs that upon going to another dealer found no issue
