Every time I take my car in for an issue it never gets resolved. I end up paying to fix this or that but the issues with my car continue. I thought they were the experts with Chevy since theyre a Chevy dealership. Ive never had this much diagnosing issues with other shops Ive been to. Very frustrating, costly and time consuming. By the time they do figure it out if at all, my warranty has ended
They did not service the 2011 gmc serria that I bought didn't Detail it or when I test drove it the check engine light was on and they just shut it off and didn't fix the problem I had the truck less than 48 hours and cost me $1000 dollars in parts I will never buy anything from Kenny Kent again

scheduled 1 week ahead for 11 am appointment. made arrangements for transportation. truck delivered on time. got a call around 3 pm saying they could not look at truck that day. took to another service shop.
I found an electrical plug disconnected and dangling under my engine compartment, and the AC fill cap sitting on my battery.
service was ok as you would expect --- but they screwed up my mileage by about 40,000 miles - don't know how someone could have done that - something that should not have happen - my service was done on 1-2022 and went back and said something about their screw up and they showed I did another service or something happy with service (5 star) but whoever screw up my mileage gets a one star - they need to get their head out of their butt - now I must live with screwed up mileage on carfax
Service was suppose to contact me to bring my car back. Blazer has a noise in the motor. 2 weeks have past and no word from service. Follow through is not good.
3rd times the charm. 3 appts. And plenty of excuses why they could not fix my oil leak. Inconvenient having to find transportation for lack of a courtesy vehicles. Finally got the truck fixed. Very disappointed
Did not check the transmission.they said they did.they lie all the time.do not take your vehicle there.you will be very disappointed.like I was.also rip me off on a transmission job.
