I was sold a car that leaks oil. The powertrain warranty apparently does not cover the repair. A car that leaks oil should have never passed inspection and been sold. I fail to understand how that could happen. A sales manager is attempting to make it right but with a restricted budget. I feel like the repair should be made by Kenny Kent at no cost to me, the buyer. I was suppose to get a quote for replacing an oil pan but never heard a word. It's been at least 3 weeks. Kinda disappointed.

They wanted to hold on to my car for days and then did not perform the service that was required. This is typical of Kenny Kent in my experience.

i want to say I do not believe the up front counter employees know anything about what i am telling you. within minutes of leaving dealership for scheduled service i found that there was oil spilled and splattered under the hood of my late model 16,844 miles equinox. at that low mileage and oil only ever being changed at Kenny Kent to say i was not happy is mild way of describing situation.i have dated photos. i cleaned up the mess myself. i would never have returned to have employee who made the mess have another touch of m... read more
