Wasn't happy at all with last visit. After 2hrs I asked what was taking so long on an oil change? My car wasn't even started on. I drive an hr to keep coming there. I wanted to leave & the lady said she would take care of it. Oil change was done in 25mins for free. They also put some gas in tank. Grateful it was taken care of but after speaking with my husband we aren't for sure we will be back for oil change. May stay local next time.
My truck was a mess when it was returned to me. No brakes could not leave lot. still leaking oil. I have been back twice for the oil pan so far so good
Still waiting for a call back from Richard with the answer as to what they will cover on the oil leak they at I have. A leak that they had previously fixed.
Even tho I had an appointment , it still took almost 2 hours for my oil change. I qas there f4om 10:40 until 12:20. Why have an appointment?
This place is a joke second time I had a service Scheduled and after I waited a hour they come and tell me they dont have the oil or filter for My truck

Interesting--I was told my battery failed the test - but that it is fine!!!! Told by two service people. I don't understand what that means. The battery so far is functioning fine - what signs of "failure" should I look for and when?????
Since service I have a low coolant light on. My wife noticed it on her drive home from picking it up from being serviced. The coolant is not low.
I spent nearly $400 for them o fix an issue related to my check engine light. They got the light to go off, but it came right back on again and I took it back. This time, they said that it would be another $400 to replace another sensor that I just had replaced. They didnt fix my vehicle at all. I missed work and was at their location for my appointment times both times. My check engine light is still on and I cant use my remote start.
