Sales man was excellent, perfect experience but I didn't appreciate the way the business manager loaded me with extended warranties and other unnecessary SERVICES I will not return !
Checked it over when I got home. Did not put the air filter back in the air box. Not happy.
Lied to me about tax amount. Cost me $2646.72 out of pocket

After applying the zactec to looks like they buffed the car....the plastic molding around my wheel wells are a scuffed up now...we are not happy and will be calling today to have that looked at asap
Don't bother making an appointment on the phone, it doesn't work. I can't tell you how many times this place has wasted time or not done service correctly. Wish we had a different Toyota service place in town.
Tried to upsell me for a $1000 set of new tires.
No follow up on ordered parts for warranty. Had to call multiple times to find out the parts had been there for a month.
I had to wait longer than I should've.
