I specifically asked them if the car had been smoked in by the previous owner. They sent a standard cookie cutter response, apparently they send same message to all and do not answer any questions. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Went in for airbag and front door window bolts recalls. Came out with the passenger side air bag cover sticking a half inch out of the dash and said it had to be that way with the new parts. I had it corrected within 30 seconds of effort upon getting home, wasnt that big of a deal. Not sure what went on with the window bolts but passenger door radio speaker didnt work afterwards. I just havent gotten around to fixing it myself. Very nice waiting area and good popcorn though.
Not happy with Kenny Kent in Evansville at all i ask them to check for a loud popping sound when they had my car on the lift when they we're working on my transmissuin and they refused and looked at me like it was no big deal come to find out from anther shop my motor mounts are all broken shame on Kenny Kent Toyota
Poor service on our vehicle and poor service to the customer. Simple
Continue to take back for more repairs.
This was for a recall and will need to make another trip back to dealership for repairs!!! As usual parts need to be ordered.
