I feel like the service was maybe too fast to to do a vehicle inspection and tire rotation. There was not much communication with us as to what was found while inspecting the vehicle.
They promised me a free oil change and then they charged me for it

It took 2 trips for them to properly repair my car and then they left a cover over the tow hooks off and never replaced it, never going back to them for service again! Terrible!

Had trans fluid changed they put in the Wrong fluid had to take it back so they Can put in the right fluid , I guest they did ? Afraid to drive it now.

Waited 3 weeks for glorified oil change and tire rotation. Oil additive here, battery post treatment there (!?) and its a $250 experience. Should my tires be shot at 31,000 miles? No discussion of tire warranty.

Did not change my wife's oil at the 30,000 mile service like they should have. It is due to be changed every 10,000 miles. This is going to make us off on our service maintenance.

Really, I have always though Toyota the best service. We have been in several states and service has been incredible they had washed and vacuum my cars after every service. This Kenny Kent Toyota does not do that. At this point I didn't mind until this last service, when I picked up my car it was a mess. It was so dirty in the inside there was grease every where, sits, windows I mean everywhere. The sad thing is that it is the only one in the town.

The sales rep was good, but we were told that our car was worth nothing and gave us less then what we needed. Then turns around and has it on the lot twice as much as they said it was worth. They told us it was going to an auction to be sold, I really dont like being lied to and not even coming down on the price at all. I was told not to deal with them , I guess I should of listened, never again
