Overcharge for everything. Always wanting to make up excuses on things that have to be done when they dont. My wife went in for an oil change, nothing was wrong with her car, never had any problems and they came up with $8,800 worth of stuff they said needed fixed immediately. Got a second opinion and nothing needed fix. This place is a joke.
They did not do what I asked them to do. And they did what I told them specifically NOT to do. They dont listen to their customers nor do they value them. I wouldnt give them any stars if that was an option. There is no service there!!!! Moving on to another service provider!
Repeated vehicle service completed texts even though the lengthy service was not complete. Four hours to change engine oil, filter, and transmission fluid.
No communication I was left to navigate finding the loaner vehicle while service rep waited on other people when dropping vehicle off with basically same treatment when picking up my vehicle. Explanation as to where the second key fob is for the Lexus less than stellar. I was told a Toyota salesman sold us the vehicle and was told by Lexus service rep that shouldnt have happened so was lied to on length of the wait time for the second fob to arrive. I just took my car in for the Toyota care service. Part of the service was to rotate the tires and check and set air pressure as needed. They said they rotated and set the tire pressure. I put a scuff mark on my left rear rim. When I got my car home and was looking at It I noticed the same scuff mark I put on my rim was still on the left rear. And my rims are dirty and there were no marks on the rim that should have been there if someone actually touched the rim/ any of the rims. I got to thinking bout it and that same mark ... read more

When we purchased the car, we were sold a package that we were told was a Lexus ownership expedience package. We were told that our car would be detailed every six months, that any small dings, paint flaws would be fixed. Turns out none of that is true. Its a third party up sell that is only a dentless repair not a paint or chip correction as sold. Also the detail is spraying something on the outside and no touch anywhere else. 3 messages left for The GM to call no reply. Lexus sent a satisfaction surveyAlso no reply.
