We were notified on carfax we needed a tire rotation and oil change drove all the way there to find out it wasnt due and just hadnt been updated in the system it is an hour drive for us. They refused to service the vehicle for us.

Paid over $600 (way too much) for extensive routine service and then had to take the SUV back twice because oil was leaking after the oil change. Terrible experience and dealership did not do anything to compensate us for the leak issue they caused. They should have refunded much of the original charge due to the leak that they caused!!

Horrible customer service practices and lack of communication letting me know when my vehicle was done. They use a tracking system to show status of vehicle and mine was done at 10:30 in the morning. The service advisor called me once and was not able to reach me and never bothered to try again later in the day. The tracking system sent via text that I was watching for updates never showed my vehicle was ready for pickup so I finally took the initiated to drive there myself...at 6 PM!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost a week after my service I found a little oil on the garage floor. I got under our Highlander and found oil on bottom of oil pan and frame behind it. Found oil was coming from the drain plug that was just finger tight.

I had a leak in the transmission and had to have seals replaced, which I understand defects come from the factory. The technician at Kenny Kent did not complete the work. He failed to tighten all bolts and two days after leaving the bolts came loose, rattled and shook for 20 miles before I pulled into Kenny Kent Toyota. Then I didnt even receive an apology for them doing the work incorrectly. Extremely disappointed.
