My service has always been excellent but this time my car was damaged on the lift for oil change and had to go to another location for repair and painting.

Paid for a tire rotation and air pressure balance and neither was done yet they said they did it. Had to come back the next day and technician told me that no it had not been done. He then filled my tires up with air but they were not rotated. I complained and was told I would receive a refund the next service I receive at Toyota.

My 2016 Toyota Prius has been to Kenny Kent 4 times for a routine filter change in the hybrid system (First appt. they could not find anything wrong (the light had been on for two months), second trip I dropped in to show them what the light looked like, third trip they ordered the wrong part, fourth trip they supposedly installed a new filter and less than 24 hrs the light was on again. I now am scheduled for appt. FIVE! My question is: How many appointments do I need to change one filter?

Service Technician broke my windshield while trying to change windshield wipers.

I have never had to make a appointment with any car I have owned. Was told since I work 12 hours to bring it in anytime . When I took the vehicle in I was told otherwise . Tires was rotated but not checked . My back right tire showed the pressure at 30 and the other 3 showed 36-37 . Should they have been equal
